DU president, Dr. Wael Mualla met on October 3rd with Ms. Nada Uthman, director of the Rawafid project in the Syria Trust for Development. The two discussed issues related to programs that Rawafid plans to pursue towards using education in service of development
The potential role of DU as a national capacity building institution was explored. DU can support Rawafid’s programs once a partnership is in effect. The two sides agreed to work on drafting a framework agreement for this future partnership
